DSC_0250LEAP is excited to be collaborating with the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) to create a global resource for international surgical teams to respond quickly  to worldwide disasters with the much needed surgical interventions that can save life and limb.  LEAP’s experience in coordinating and sending 19 surgical teams to support the Haiti Earthquake of 2010, together with ISAPS’ international membership base, is allowing us to create a platform to offer the resources needed to be on site and ready to respond in the days immediately following the initial search and rescue following a large scale disaster.
